【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】（大紀元記者林麗霞法國報導）經過兩年時間的興建工程，位於戴高樂國際機場附近的Aéroville大型購物中心於10月17日正式開業。它是巴黎大區在過去20年來最大的一個商業區，其規模之大，目前在全法國居第三位。因為有特殊的地理位置優勢，預計每年可接待顧客1200萬人。

Aéroville商業中心總面積8萬4千平方米，有各種時尚商店200多家，30家餐館，一個電影院和一個大型超級市場—Auchan，地下停車場擁有4700個停車位。

該商業中心地處巴黎的北部，在95省弗朗斯地區魯瓦西（Roissy-en-France）鎮和特朗布萊（Tremblay）鎮交界處，附近除了有年客流量6千萬人次的戴高樂機場外，在其方圓30分鐘路程的範圍內，有居民人口180萬。此外，戴高樂機場區是繼拉德芳斯之後，巴黎大區的第二大就業密集區，目前有員工12萬人，預計到2015年時，會再創造15萬個崗位。

商業中心的營業時間：週一到週日，商店營業時間上午10點到晚上20點，餐館延長至凌晨。因為位於國際機場區的關係，該中心享有特權，週日照樣營業。

Aéroville是巴黎機場於2004年推出的商業發展項目，由法國商業財產投資公司—尤尼百-洛當科集團（Unibail-Rodamco）中標，負責興建工程。投資金額高達3.5億歐元。值得一提的是，該中心的建築設計以節能環保為目的，是法國首家利用地下熱取暖的購物中心，每年可節省75%的燃氣和307噸二氧化碳的排放。

【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】市長德拉諾埃日前發出一份通報，就經濟危機、稅收加重和市民的消費能力問題，提出一系列「社會盾牌」措施。

德拉諾埃稱在當前經濟不景氣和國家稅收增高的情況下，為了穩定巴黎市民的購買力和保證他們的權力，經過與市政委員會的討論後決定實施以下措施：

1、目前享受市政府補助金的市民，將繼續保持他們的原有福利，並且，市府將凍結個人所得稅檔次，使相應人士仍然可享受諸如全免費交通卡（carte Emeraude）、家庭能源補助、上門為老年人服務津貼等福利。

2、2014年的市政收費（如學校飯堂、音樂學院、娛樂中心等）將不會上調，即市政府將不會根據膨脹指數來調整上述服務項目的價格。

3、在住房方面，是一個令人憂慮的問題。因為房價貴，房租已成為許多家庭的一個重要開支，故此，市府要求所有的社會住房的房東盡最大的努力，從整體上維持2014年房租價格的穩定。

4、政府將會在全國範圍內凍結個人住房補助金檔次。在巴黎方面，市政府將針對巴黎獨有的住房補貼上調5 %，其中包括巴黎住房補貼、巴黎家庭住房補貼和巴黎單親父母住房補貼。

德拉諾埃還表示，就巴黎而言，要恢復其經濟的增長，並非是短期內所能達到的目標，所以市政府會扮演好保護市民經濟消費能力的角色，在必要時，會對經濟有困難的家庭進行減稅或免稅。

【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】（大紀元記者林麗霞法國報導）法國人有句俗話說：「小孩要多喝湯，才能快長高！」且不提追究其來源和含義，但有一點比較肯定的是，每逢冬季，法國人都習慣喝湯。眼下隨著天氣逐漸變冷，又到了喝湯的季節了。近日，在巴黎一個擁有百年曆史的著名老餐廳Bouillon Chartier推出正宗靚湯，1歐元一碗！

Bouillon Chartier餐廳位於第9區（7 rue du Faubourg-Montmartre），它從1896年開始營業到現在，不但菜式地道，而且價格便宜，所謂物美價廉吸引了各階層的顧客前往。餐廳裝潢的古色古香，其建築已被列入歷史保護文物。許多國外遊客均評論說，到巴黎，必去Bouillon Chartier。

傳統的法式湯一般是用各種蔬菜混合煮至爛熟，然後用攪拌機攪碎成湯。常用的湯配料如韭蔥、土豆、胡蘿蔔、小西葫蘆、南瓜等，有時也可以按個人喜好，隨意用2至3種或更多種蔬菜混合而成。

靚湯本是Bouillon Chartier餐廳的招牌菜，法語「bouillon」有「（肉、雞等的）原汁清湯」的意思。今年冬天，該餐廳一直會有自製1歐元靚湯招待顧客。

Batman: Arkham Origins （蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢始源）是電腦、主機上知名蝙蝠俠遊戲系列即將在 2013 年 10 月底推出的續作。他的前兩代作品我都很喜歡，稱之為史上最成功也最好玩的超級英雄遊戲系列也不為過，之前也一一寫過深入的評論：

• Batman: Arkham Asylum 2009年最值得一玩的蝙蝠俠與小丑大戰
• Batman Arkham City 蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢城市遊戲心得評論

如果你也是這系列遊戲的忠實玩家，正在等待最新作的推出前，或許可以先下載玩玩看這款免費的「 Batman: Arkham Origins 」 iPhone 與 iPad App 版，而且依據遊戲官方說明，透過 App 的遊玩有可能解鎖未來主機遊戲上的內容喔！

Batman: Arkham Origins （蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢始源） iOS App 的遊戲模式其實就是「無盡之劍」的玩法，透過戰鬥畫面上的指令與手勢，和眼前的敵人進行攻擊、防禦、特殊招式對決，這也是很多超級英雄遊戲在 App 上的玩法。

另外 Batman: Arkham Origins （蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢始源）也在戰鬥中加入 QTE 模式，當一定的攻擊後會啟動特殊手勢提示，如果能夠依照提示完成，就能使出更厲害的攻擊、造成更大傷害。

遊戲中也有地圖，可以讓蝙蝠夾探索不同地區的任務。

當然，玩法雖然普通，可是 Batman: Arkham Origins （蝙蝠俠：阿卡漢始源）最大的樂趣應該在於學習蝙蝠俠特殊武技，以及獲得更強的裝備，打造一個超級蝙蝠俠吧！看到前面遊戲示範影片中各式各樣的蝙蝠俠服裝，確實讓人躍躍欲試。

而對於蝙蝠俠阿卡漢遊戲系列的玩家來說，可以在 iOS App 中獲得什麼解鎖優惠，之後可以在主機遊戲使用呢？我也還不知道，有興趣的朋友可以來試試看。
