號稱有百萬象迷的兄弟隊將走入歷史，兄弟象董事長洪瑞河今天在兄弟飯店舉行記者會，老球迷說，「就像男女朋友分手一樣的心痛」。

綽號「奇哥」的兄弟象迷今年32歲，從職棒3年開始支持兄弟象，至今21年，他今天走出記者會場，在兄弟飯店一樓的人行道受訪。得知象隊將吹熄燈號，老球迷心情無法平復，他說「非常震驚，怎麼可能不難過」。

「奇哥」說，從小到大，兄弟象隊陪伴每個球迷長大，球迷與球迷之間，球迷與球隊之間，培養出一種類似家人、至親一樣的感情。

一同前來的象迷「阿寶」補充說，「這種心情就像男女朋友分手一樣，心痛」。

30歲的「阿寶」從職棒6年開始支持兄弟象，他很自豪一路陪伴象隊走過低潮谷底，也曾共同享受過勝利的榮耀，他說，兄弟象迷之間有一種難以形容的凝聚力，「除了兄弟象，全台灣去哪裡找這麼有情感的球迷」。

「阿寶」強調，這股象迷之間的凝聚力，絕對不是因為哪一個球員，而是來自這一件黃色球衣，以及「兄弟象」這三個字。

「阿寶」說，數十年來儘管球隊陣容不同，戰績也起起落落，唯一不變的是象迷對於「兄弟」兩個字的認同感，「這就是兄弟精神」。

如今最愛的球隊面臨易主，儘管陣容相同，但球衣、隊名勢必調整，「阿寶」說，「沒有兄弟象三個字，就不是兄弟象了，不叫兄弟之後，我不知道自己可以繼續支持多久」。
