外交部呼籲：護照仍得事先辦理

副總統吳敦義外孫在機場補辦護照，領務局今天表示本來就有這項措施。外交部發言人高安表示，呼籲國人出國前先檢查護照、簽證，如果能提前到各地領務局辦事處先補辦護照，就盡量提前，機場雖提供補辦措施，但機場辦事處同時還要處理急難救助業務，希望國人能先做好準備，不要排擠到真正需要的人。

破解全球〝金〞流！上半年英國輸瑞士黃金暴增 最終客戶是亞洲買家

作為全球最大黃金交易中心的倫敦存有大批實體黃金。
麥格理銀行（Macquarie）周一（19日）指出，今年上半年從英國出口至瑞士的黃金激增，暗示從黃金 ETF 流出的實體黃金在轉往亞洲市場前，先經過了位在瑞士的黃金精煉廠。
該行在報告中指出， 5 月份英國出口至瑞士的黃金就有 240 公噸，上半年總計更高達 797 公噸；相較去年整年英國僅出口 92 公噸黃金至瑞士。
英國沒有黃金礦脈，因此麥格理推估這大批實體黃金源自於 ETF 擔保，多數時候存在倫敦的金庫裡頭；據悉，包括英國央行在內的倫敦銀行黃金儲量高達 1 萬噸。
瑞士是全球最大黃金精煉中心，麥格理估計當地精煉業者將英國進口的金塊，冶鍊成不同規格的金條、金幣等，再轉售給中、印等國的終端消費者。
今年第 2 季黃金 ETF 爆發前所未見的贖回潮，世界黃金協會統計顯示 4 – 6月黃金 ETF 共流出 402.2 公噸黃金。

台灣人反台灣企業則國力如何變強?

台灣有一些人 口口聲聲愛台灣但是卻一直在反台灣企業HTC是台灣人創的卻一直被酸還被自己人說要抵制最近HTC排名下降還有人說他感到幸災樂禍 代表台灣跟三星跟蘋果競爭 沒有人讚許是台灣之光反而自己先抹紅，說她不是台灣品牌HTC賣到日本去用日本妹打廣告 難道她就是日本品牌嗎?你不買國貨也不用批國貨或說要抵制
抵制她等於抵制多少靠HTC吃飯的台灣人?
人家南韓都是用自己三星
台灣卻自己人鬥爭自己企業
得利的不就是外國企業嗎?

高鐵炸彈案開庭 主嫌要求交保

震驚社會的高鐵與立委服務處炸彈案在今（23）日再度開庭審理，涉案的在押律師炸彈客胡忠賢在庭訊時，不僅否認殺人意圖，還展現律師本色不但逼問檢察官要求交保，甚至還要求返還「內衣褲」，質疑法院待證事實。
胡忠賢在今年4月12日將兩顆自製行李炸彈分別放置在高鐵北上616列車和立委盧嘉辰服務處，引發社會震驚；案發後立即逃往大陸，兩天後隨即被廣東公安逮捕，並於16日被遣返回台羈押至今。
胡忠賢辯護律師在今天庭訊期間向法官要求比照前消防署長黃季敏方式交保，以確保胡忠賢人權及身體精神狀況；而胡忠賢本人還當庭展現律師雄辯本色，怒嗆檢察官，要求檢方「請指名道姓，到底是誰會跟我串證？」為何要將他羈押，在不見檢方回應的情形下，表示既然檢方的指控都是虛偽不實，「那就該讓我交保！」
而關於今天庭訊，胡忠賢除了否認殺人、放火等犯罪意圖外，也再次質疑法院：「我的洗滌內衣褲為何不發還給我？查扣我的內衣褲要證明什麼犯罪事實？」希望法院能將相關物品返還。

想請問各位水水 睫毛膏太多該怎麼辦？ 故事的起源是這樣的... 因為我本身是蘭蔻控 看到她們家的東西都失心瘋的買，之前在美國看到Lancome贈品組合超級優的 所以就敗了超級超級多的$$$$$，已經買到 洗面乳60ml的贈品 都可以拿到20多罐。 當然她們櫃姊 又額外送我一些贈品的睫毛膏，是粗款的那種，不是台灣送的細細的那種。 加上我本身就是蘭蔻控，當然睫毛膏就買了很多很多，這量我應該都用不完吧 已經把朋友愛化妝的都送過的，但還是有大約15~20條左右。 本來考慮當婚禮小物送人，但又怕男生(長輩)抽道該怎麼辦，而且送那個也太奢侈了 加上我最近又想去買了 (我主要是買保養品，感覺應該還會機會再到睫毛膏的贈品) 請大家給我建議 這麼多該怎麼辦？(我每天都有刷睫毛膏、但是量多到又不完) 感謝大家 > ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 211.22.103.223

賞車被請下車.........業代說：你不是只要看看而已

今天去保養我的MPV 很高興，一直有的抖動，引擎問題終於獲得解決 在保養的空檔，看到展示空間有一台 CEO 哇～蠻開心看到實車的
於是就隨口跟小姐問問可不可以看 不久後一個穿西裝的業務過來了，很有禮貌的遞給我CEO的 DM 我說：『我只是看看啦，已經有MPV了，不會買CEO，不好意思呢.....』 業務說：『沒關係』 於是我們走向展示車
然後業務打開車門鎖，電動滑門緩緩打開，嗯～ 這就是CEO的內裝啊，終於親眼見到了 看到裡面踏板有鋪踏紙
扶手有油汙，座椅也是稍微髒污 既然有鋪防污紙，我就自然的彎腰踏入車身 身後突然聽到業務一直說：『先生不好意思，先生不好意思』 我轉頭問怎麼了？ 他說：不好意思，不能進去 我疑惑的看看他，又看了一便車內內裝的髒污 然後看著他說：這......可是裡面不是.... 業務：不好意思，不能進去.... 然後業務說了：『你不是只要看看而已嗎？..........』 於是我被一個穿著英挺西裝的帥氣業務，請出了車子.... 嗯，看來我穿脫鞋，短褲，可能真的不適合到 Luxgen賞車吧....
