前幾天蘋果引用東森房屋董事長王應傑的話，叫年輕人「快買房，因為房價低點可能不會出現」；這篇報導在網路上引起極大討論，正值工作階段25~35歲的台灣年輕人怎麼看買房這件事，從這裡可以看出一二。

王應傑的這句話立馬被鄉民標示成「沒人買，建商要出來喊話了」，畢竟房產交易量最近明顯滑落（1、2 ） ，建商也該開始緊張了。簡單來說，鄉民普遍對於「趕快買房」這樣的說法嗤之以鼻，原因是台北的高房價不合理程度簡直已經是世界奇觀，就算房價不見得會跌，叫資金不足的年輕人「趕快買房」也不可能是一條聰明的路。網友也用人口數據佐證，由於主力買房的人口在30~45歲，台灣人口紅利逐漸消失的情況下，到了民國105年這些購屋人口將會大量下降。台北市還有工作機會增加的可能，但整體而言，台灣這麼多房子還真是不知道要給誰住。

不過另一方面，大家也知道政府有不能讓房價崩盤的理由。網民回想香港的例子，董建華在1997提出八萬五建屋計畫，為港人建立大量公屋，順勢打壓1990泡沫經濟時期四年內飆高70%的房價；這項公共福利政策剛好遇到亞洲金融風暴，香港私人物業在五年內貶值70%。雖然打擊到的都是投資客，也的確讓更多一般港人有房住，但使得香港原本擁有多棟房屋的中產階級們在數年之間變成「負資產階級」，對經濟的拖累讓政府難堪。針對這一點，雖然台灣央行若願意對投資客調升房貸利率、或對營建產業收緊風險評估，就會立竿見影逼得建商出清或是投資客拋售，但政府是否能承擔讓房市泡沫的惡名......呃，還是等換個有guts一點的政府時我們再來討論好了。

從人口數據、薪資/房價比例、租金/房價比例來看，大家都明白台北的住宅價格在任何情況下都離合理範圍天差地遠，但為什麼還有人甘願背負房貸購買自住屋？除了說不上為什麼的「有土斯有財」心結，已經漲了不知道幾百年的房市也造就一堆買了就躺著賺的實例，讓大家受不了誘惑。現狀事實是，台北工作的人們需要積攢60年的房租才能換一個自己的窩，於是這一代人不再認為有自己的房是人生的必要目標，或像上一輩人寧可背負數十年貸款、搬離方便的區域也要擁有自己的房產。就算不是每個人都認為房價一定跌，但是現在年輕人普遍寧可選擇更有彈性的租屋，可以按照經濟條件、工作地點、家庭人口改變隨時調整住家。觀察網友反應，這一代人早就脫離這種「現在不買以後更貴」的同儕買房焦慮症了。

【陳世河、李陳信得／台中報導】潭美颱風過境帶來驚人雨量，除造成多處道路淹水外，因大甲溪上游雨勢不斷，德基水庫、馬鞍水壩、石岡水壩上午都進行調節性洩洪，滾滾泥水轟隆隆往下由流去，濺起陣陣水霧景象相當壯觀，但水如泥漿也令人擔憂會有限水危機。

豐原給水廠廠長張進興表示，這次原水濁度最高為8000NTU，目前已經降至5000 NTU，廠內設備可以正常運轉，加上鯉魚潭水庫每日支援90萬噸原水，這次颱風過境不會讓大台中地區有限水危機。
