中油宏南、宏毅宿舍區 將登錄文化景觀 自由時報 中油宏南、宏毅宿舍區 將登錄文化景觀 如整修 須先報文化局核准 〔自由時報記者葛祐豪／高雄報導〕中油高雄煉油廠（五輕）預定於一○四年遷廠，牽動 兩大宿舍區—宏南、宏毅去留，民間保存呼聲高，文化局決定將兩宿舍區登錄為文化景觀 ，未來中油若有整修計畫，須先報文化局核准。 高雄大學創意設計與建築學系教授陳啟仁說，宏南、宏毅宿舍區的歷史場域完整，區內擁 有許多老樹、鳥類，具有生態環境保存價值，肯定文化局登錄為文化景觀；高師大台灣文 化及語言研究所教授李文環認為，兩宿舍區是歷史工業聚落，見證高雄工業發展的歷程， 應極力保存。 高市文化局文化資產中心主任林尚瑛指出，繼中油宏南宿舍內兩棟建物面臨拆除，指定為 暫定古蹟後，文化局徵得多數文資大會委員支持，決定啟動文資審議機制，將宏南、宏毅 兩宿舍區登錄為文化景觀。 文資大會週三現勘及審議 林尚瑛強調，文資大會預定廿八日（星期三）現勘及審議，預期會順利通過，將成為高雄 市繼橋仔頭糖廠、左營海軍眷村、鳳山黃埔新村後，又一大面積以文化景觀保存的文化資 產區域。 宏南與宏毅宿舍建置於日治時期（約一九三七年），當時是日本海軍第六燃料廠附屬眷舍 基地。戰後，宏南宿舍提供給中油廠區主管做為職員宿舍，面積約卅九公頃；宏毅宿舍則 由中油分配給服務年資達規定的工人申請，稱為職工宿舍，面積約四十九公頃。 市府認不能隨遷廠而破壞 文化局認為，兩宿舍群落經歷日治時期、國民政府接收時期、擴建時期及民營化產業轉型 期，具有特殊的產業文化特色，不能隨著中油遷廠而遭破壞、拆除。 宏南、宏毅宿舍均以日治時期興建的房舍為基礎，逐步擴建，區內擁有不同時期建築風貌 宿舍，綠樹成蔭，吸引許多電視、電影劇組取景。 http://0rz.tw/pfz90 -- 看來宿舍區有機會被保留下來了,小時候最想住在這裡~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.231.15

【賴又嘉／台北報導】土耳其淫郎王凱傑因涉猥褻、性侵2名台灣女子，今遭台北地檢署起訴，王凱傑委任律師回應，將待收到起訴書後，再與王凱傑討論如何回應。
 
王凱傑日前遭1名女大生指控，透過手機通訊軟體「SKOUT」認識王凱傑後，王約她出去，再假借回家餵兔子為由，帶她回住處性侵。王的惡行曝光後，又1名剛滿16歲的女高中生出面指控，遭王凱傑在車上猥褻，後來又被拐騙到王的住處，慘遭性侵。
