關於多年前外遇是否適用不得溯及既往?

我父親14年前時發生外遇

後來和小三分手就安份守己賺錢給家裡用

後來我母親在去年發生外遇到現在還持續

說是因為之前父親的背叛造成的

最近要打離婚官司還要求贍養費

請問可以溯及既往到14年前的外遇嗎?

這樣打官司誰的贏面較大?

如果可以希望能再給我一些這方面的法律知識
