立法院長王金平今（8）日上午召開立法院朝野黨團協商達成「盡快恢復立法院運作」的共識，並敲定11日重新在被學生佔領了20多天的議場舉行立法院院會。

由於反服貿抗議學生10日傍晚才全部退場，立法院議場能否趕在11日恢復原狀？立法院長王金平今天表示，「我們希望這樣」，但最起碼的院會應可以處理。

據朝野協商共識，11日恢復舉行院會將只處理兩岸協議處理及監督條例相關草案、以及檢察總長人事同意權交付委員會審查。

國民黨團首席副書記長費鴻泰表示，11日開院會是回應社會大眾，將各版本兩岸協議監督條例草案付委，讓社會大眾知道「我們真的是玩真的」，國民黨說到做到，也希望儘快完成立法。

民進黨團總召柯建銘則說，黨團堅持「先立法再審查」，一定會嚴格把關兩岸協議監督條例草案立法過程及服貿協議審查。
