雨天趕鋪柏油　民眾揶揄「怕國賠哦！」

桃園縣中壢市民族路六段長約2公里路段，今天縮減車道挖路鋪柏油路，由於天冷下雨，除了造成路段塞外，也讓民眾質疑施工品質，揶揄縣政府是怕騎士摔車國賠。

現場工作人員表示，因近來連日降雨，造成路面損壞，許多民眾及民意代表不斷桃園縣工務局反應，施工廠商接到指示後，今上午就開始縮減道路施工。工作人員表示，雨天施工確實會影響品質，但為了民眾安全也不得不施工，等天晴後再來修補。（黎百代／桃園報導）
