醉男攔車打人 被判拘役

詹姓男子酒後在新北市新莊區四維公園附近，攔下騎機車經過的洪姓男子，不分清紅皂白的毆打洪，還不准洪離去，洪後來掙脫逃離。詹隨後又再攔下一輛轎車毆打開車的高姓男子，並當街辱罵高。新北地院依傷害、強制等罪判詹拘役90天，得易科罰金。
