歐盟外長明討論烏克蘭局勢

俄國上議院已經通過對烏克蘭用兵案，歐盟28國外長將於布魯塞爾當地時間3日下午1時舉行會議，討論如何因應烏克蘭局勢。俄方前天也證實俄軍已進入克里米亞，目的是保障黑海艦隊總部的安全。

此外，聯合國安全理事會就烏克蘭局勢在24小時內舉行兩次緊急會議。在28日第一次緊急會議上，美國、俄羅斯和烏克蘭分別闡述了各自立場。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
