已故的奧斯卡影帝菲利普西摩霍夫曼，死後留下約3500萬美元（10.6億台幣）的遺產，遺囑日前公布，他將全部財產留給陪伴多年的女友咪咪歐唐納，同時希望自己的兒子庫柏，能夠遠離好萊塢，不要在洛杉磯生活。根據八卦網站TMZ報導，這份遺囑起草於2004年，當時他和歐唐納只有庫柏一個孩子，兩個女兒還未出生，遺囑中寫說：「我非常希望我的兒子，庫柏霍夫曼，能夠在紐約、芝加哥，或是舊金山成長並生活。我希望他能夠在這些城市提供的文化、藝術和建築學氛圍中受益。」內容更標明，如果庫柏的監護人無法在這３個城市生活，起碼每年可以造訪這些城市至少２次。

霍夫曼在遺囑中載明，把遺產全留給和他在一起多年的女友，同時也是３個孩子的母親歐唐納；同時也設立一筆信託基金，當兒子庫柏滿21歲時，可運用其中的一半，剩餘的將於他滿30歲時交付。
