李那瑞到台灣打球　因為「曼尼是我朋友」

「Manny es mi amigo（曼尼是我朋友）。」義大犀牛新洋砲李那瑞（Donell Linares）今天上午向球隊報到並參加練球，去年在多明尼加時，曼尼(Manny Ramirez)曾告訴他「台灣的棒球環境還不錯，可以來這裡試試看。」
李那瑞（Donell Linares）今天一早，在義大犀牛和統一獅隊熱身賽之前，就曾加義大犀牛的打擊練習。
「感覺這裡很不錯，天氣好，人們也很和善。」李那瑞是古巴人，但已取得多明尼加籍，去年在墨西哥聯打球，生平未曾和任何亞洲球隊交手，來台灣也是第一遭，對台灣的了解和印象，完全都是聽曼尼說。
李那瑞才剛加入練習，對台灣棒球也還不了解，加入中華職棒第一季，目前的期望是「健康打完一整季。」(記者姚瑞宸／高雄報導)
