李泰祥帕金森氏症纏身　甲狀腺癌撒手

【林佳樺╱綜合報導】李泰祥生前育有1對兒女，2006年兒子李奕青在亞太會館結婚，讓李大師開心地忘了「有病」這回事，喜宴現場像嘉年華會，十分符合他無拘音樂人個性，當時已被帕金森氏症纏身多年的他笑稱：「病情控制穩定，有時候都忘了自己有生病這回事。」
 
但好景不常，他2009年又被診斷罹患甲狀腺癌而開刀，此後進出醫院頻繁，財務狀況亮起紅燈，甚至有多次拖欠醫療費用無法付清，幸好靠好友和學生幫助，並號召捐款才順利解決，後來居住在宜蘭頭城接受家人照料。
