法務部：高雄地檢署也3度監聽立院總機

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院司法委員會監聽調閱專案小組今進行監聽光碟數量及執行狀況專案報告，法務部去年10月公布6年共有14件監聽國會案件。法務部次長蔡碧玉今報告時指出，全國通案查核後，上月又查出高雄地檢署也有3件曾經對立法院「0972」節費電話監聽的狀況。但蔡強調，該案與先前的監聽國會案件一樣，都是因為不知道該電話是國會總機才會監聽。
