代理孕母合法化 兒福聯盟反對

針對立委提出「人工生殖法部分條文修正草案」納入代理孕母相關規定，衛福部長邱文達在立法院社會衛環委員會公開表示原則支持，兒福聯盟今日發出聲明表示，反對代理孕母制度冒然上路。

兒福聯盟表示，邱文達說法似乎意味在立委主導、國健署全力支持下，將很快速地以更寬鬆、更草率修改人工生殖法部分條文之方式，讓代理孕母合法化，希望以另外聲音提醒國健局能更慎重思考「人工生殖法修正草案」。
