財政部新函示　校園舞會有條件免徵娛樂稅

【李英婷／台北報導】《蘋果》「政府管太多」專欄11月28日報導「畢業舞會賣8張票竟遭查稅」，提及政治大學去年舉辦畢業舞會，卻遭質疑匿報娛樂稅。財政部昨發布行政命令，學校核准設立的學生團體，經學校同意以校內員生為對象舉辦的電影欣賞、演唱會及舞會等臨時性文康活動，並經學校證明其全部收入作為該團體之用者，免徵娛樂稅。

政治大學學務處林老師表示，這對學生社團是好事，可鼓勵其盡情發揮創意，畢竟校內活動本就以服務為目的，而非盈利，但未來還是會輔導學生確實遵守相關稅務規定。國民黨立委賴士葆則說，財政部善意回應值得肯定，但應連校方證明都免除，畢竟學生活動收入不多，「別再擾民了！」
