【陳偉周／基隆報導】小鴨入港倒數10天，基隆港務分公司今天前往海洋廣場會勘展區安全措施。港務分公司指出，部分脫落的防護網及欄杆要加強。小鴨展出期間，將安排300位服務人員，巡視安全管理並引導遊客疏散。
