香草航空重複扣款　投訴找嘸窗口

【方翊倩／綜合報導】日本香草航空前天在台開賣台北─東京機票，單程三百八十八元吸引民眾搶票，造成系統當機，許多人被重複扣款卻投訴無門。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，許多民眾投訴，指香草航空網站一開賣就狀況連連，搶到機票後當機，按重新整理卻一再被扣款，有人被扣了十幾次。民眾劉先生說，他搶到不可取消和變更的優惠機票，因網頁有「變更」按鈕，好奇一按，機票被取消、還被罰九千元手續費，他質疑沒先告知取消要收費，要投訴卻找不到窗口。

香草航空台灣總代理萬鈞旅行社聲稱，總公司沒授權處理投訴，但有接到重覆扣款的反映，已向總公司報告，原則上沒訂位成功者會全數退款。
