【楊逸民／綜合報導】統一獅因簽郭泓志放棄前3輪選秀權，第4輪首度指名，就補進外野手羅國龍。

而象隊則在這輪挑走前旅外球員王梓安，猿隊指名李國生，犀牛隊指名林威廷。

第5輪象隊指名陳家駒、猿隊郭勝安、犀牛隊投手簡嘉佑、獅隊也指名業餘投手賴泊凱。
