雙連埤路跑賽　2千選手熱情開跑

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣員山鄉公所舉辦的「第一屆員山盃－雙連埤超半馬」路跑賽，今天清晨六時多，在員山公園出發，共有來自各地愛好慢跑的2千多名男女選手參賽，健跑組賽程9公里、超半馬組25公里，主辦單位特別請來兄弟象職棒啦啦隊4名美媚做精彩熱舞演出，炒熱現場氣氛。
 
鄉長江永和指出，雙連埤路跑賽的最大特色是沿途擁有最棒景致，中繼站更有最自然的雙連埤景觀，讓參賽路跑民眾充分感受員山鄉美麗的山水、豐富的自然生態，及吸收員山的好空氣。
 
江永和也強調，雙連埤路跑賽從平原到山區約有504公尺之爬升高度，考驗選手們的耐力與體力。
