假設帝寶某戶房屋市價1億元，銀行鑑價8,000萬元，銀行給予的貸款成數為八成，魏家透過土地抵押，向銀行融資6,400萬元，另外再申請信貸，借來的錢也拿來買帝寶，最後99%的錢都是銀行貸款，魏家自己只出1%的錢。

央行要求銀行收回借款,央行專案檢查後，要求提供資金的第一銀行，應將融資成數降至六成

Q1, 就算3500萬借信貸, 一般人這麼大額是借不到的
Q2, 要求銀行收回, 這恐怕也有違反借款合約的問題

富人炒房不妥,但房貸+信貸能到99%是他厲害
政府會不會管太多,管太宽啊??
