（軍聞社記者陳映竹臺北四日電）國防部長嚴明今天出席立法院外交及國防委員會時表示，對於屆使用年限的國軍裝備武器，國防部會嚴謹評估，執行性能提昇或者汰除，以求發揮最大效益，確保國防精實戰力。

　立法院外交及國防委員會上午進行「一０三年度中央政府總預算案關於國防部所屬主管機密部分」初審，邀嚴部長列席報告、答詢。

　會中，針對現場媒體及立法委員詢及陸軍自費軍購AH－64E型攻擊直升機相關問題，嚴部長指出，該型直升機性能極佳，目前世界上還有十一個國家使用，約有一千多架仍在線上服役，且國軍購買型號的武器裝備最好，無論是機動性或火力，都對國軍戰力有很大的提升。

　此外，陸軍司令部參謀長郝以知中將也進一步表示，AH-64E直升機配備的雷達可實施陸上、海上的偵搜，具有優異偵搜能力，在偵搜距離內都可實施偵搜，雖然任何偵搜裝備都會受天候、電波干擾等因素影響目標明晰度，但陸軍一定會讓配備發揮最大功能，將作戰效能發揮至最佳成果。
