借書不還沒關係？美少年遭判刑90天

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】有些賴皮鬼從圖書館借書就是不還，館方好像也只能任人耍賴。但美國德州一名19歲少年恩克（Jory Enck）同樣逾期不還，但3年後館方決定報警，法院判出他90天有期徒刑。

英國《鏡報》稱，19歲少年恩克，在3年前向圖書館借了一本高中同等學力測驗（GED）後未歸還；圖書館方多次通知恩克皆不理會，館方即報警處理。法院判他90天有期徒刑，

恩克遭警方逮捕後，法院判決他須入獄服刑90天，不過恩克選擇易科200美元（約5894元台幣）罰金。法官表示，因當地居民借書不還情況嚴重，每年均需編列大筆預算重購圖書，所以才會立下重典。
