教育部：全國5所大專 使用問題油

福懋油和頂新爆發油品問題。教育部初步調查全台大專院校油品使用情形，目前有161校回報，其中5校使用福懋油或頂新的問題油品，包含北部二校、中部一校、南部二校。中學部分尚未統計出來。

教育部呼籲各校建立油品使用紀錄，並隨時注意衛福部或地方衛生單位公告的最新油品資訊，若發現問題油品，應立即停用和下架；學校也應落實自主管理，實地了解外膳廠商使用油品和食材驗收等，確保學生的飲食安全。
