美政府關門攪局　QE減碼估延至明年3月

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國政府關門16天，不但打亂經濟數據的正常公布，也減損本季經濟成長。據彭博最新調查，受訪經濟學家預估，美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）將把啟動QE（量化寬鬆）減碼的時間點延至明年3月。

Fed政策與經濟數據息息相關。在就業等關鍵數據延後公布的情況下，明顯將打亂Fed的退場計劃。彭博訪調的40位經濟學家預估中值顯示，Fed將在明年3月18~19日的例會中，決議將現行的每月850億美元（2.5兆元台幣）購債規模，縮減至700億美元（2.06兆元台幣）。

受訪的經濟學家還預估，美國政府關門16天，將使本季經濟成長縮減0.3個百分點。
