信箱無法登入，電腦似乎中毒!?

從昨天下午開始，我就無法登入信箱，明明帳密都對，可是就是無法登入。
原本我以為可能是帳密被盜，後來爬過文才發現，使用家用電腦可能是電腦中毒。
可是我是一個電腦白癡，不知道要如何掃毒，可以請各位好心的大大一步一步的教我嗎??
