【黃子騰╱基隆報導】總統馬英九今天上午8時許到基隆長庚醫院情人湖院區，主持情人湖淨山健走活動。維安單位為了預防有人對馬英九丟鞋，特別準備攔阻網在台前預備。維安警力也如臨大敵嚴密監控參與活動的民眾。 馬英九總統在致詞時強調，捷運民生汐止線計畫不會改變，而台鐵也增設第三軌，將有助於實現台鐵捷運化。日後火車班距將由現在的15分鐘縮短為8分鐘。將可造福基隆通勤民眾。
