爭同志婚姻合法　祈家威打行政訴訟

【丁牧群／台北報導】男同志祈家威今年3月與邱姓男伴侶到台北市萬華戶政事務所登記結婚遭拒，理由是《民法》規定必須「1男1女」才能結婚。祈家威向內政部訴願遭駁後，提起行政訴訟，台北高等行政法院今下午首度開庭。

55歲的祈家威10多年前曾與男伴侶到台北地院公證結婚遭拒，他當時打行政訴訟、聲請釋憲均失敗，是台灣同志運動先鋒。今天他開庭前受訪說：「這次我找朋友『配合』登記結婚，打官司是希望爭取同志婚姻合法化。」

祈家威表示，去年有同志伴侶陳敬學與高治瑋打行政訴訟爭取婚姻權，但因外界壓力而撤告，他要接棒打行政訴訟，因為同志婚姻是「正常人做對的事」，政府沒理由不准。
