藍有條件同意江揆延後報告　綠：耍猴戲？

【林修卉／台北報導】對於行政院長江宜樺施政報告的僵局，是否延後兩周為緩衝期，國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池拋出兩條件：兩周後無條件讓江揆報告，並於兩周內通過服貿等重大法案。民進黨團總召柯建銘今下午表示，兩周緩衝期是行政院秘書長陳威仁提的，「國民黨現在是自唱自演，自己耍猴戲？」

柯建銘還說，服貿都還沒進委員會就想通過，「亂講一通、神經病」，江揆還沒對監聽案道歉，調閱小組與調閱委員會都被國民黨阻撓，現在國民黨想嫁禍給民進黨，卻沒能力，自己綁死自己。
