傳蘋果22日 發表新款iPad

（法新社舊金山8日電） 科技新聞網站「數位包打聽」（AllThingsD）今天引述未具名消息人士的話報導，蘋果公司（Apple）打算在本月22日的活動中，發表最新款的iPad。

不過蘋果拒絕評論這項報導。

新一代iPad預料較薄，攝影能力也提升，而升級版的迷你iPad（iPad mini）螢幕會改善。

根據調查，iPad仍然是最暢銷的平板電腦，不過其市場佔有率正被使用Google Android作業系統的對手侵蝕。

蘋果預料將在這項僅受邀者參與的活動中，討論其電腦作業系統和筆記型電腦產品。這項活動舉行的時間恰值年終假期購買季開始。
