多年做人失敗　英女戒麵包後懷孕

【林奐成╱綜合外電報導】英國一名渴望生子的37歲女子，結婚多年來「做人」不成，沒想到戒吃麵包後，立即懷孕。

英國《每日郵報》報導，37歲的茱莉康明絲（Julie Cummings），2004年認識大她13歲的丈夫，一年之後他們嘗試生個孩子，但試了9個月都不成功。醫生檢查出她有多囊性卵巢症，病徵包括月經稀疏或停止、慢性無排卵、不孕等。

康明絲向生育診所求助並吃藥2年，依然無法懷孕。她準備接受人工受孕，同時見了一名營養師。一經檢查，營養師發現她因為念珠菌感染，導致停經等問題，叫她戒吃含酵母的食物，例如麵包，她同時也戒了馬鈴薯等食物。

戒吃含酵母食物果然有效。2010年3月，康明絲半年來首次來了月經，一個月後更懷孕了。翌年，她的女兒出生。她最近向媒體分享這個經驗。
