【葉國吏／綜合報導】馬英九啟動九月政爭，想一舉鬥垮王金平，但馬先生只有戰鬥沒有戰略，幕僚欠缺18套劇本，節節敗退是可以預期的。李永明坦言，馬英九幕僚實在太弱。

逢甲大學航太與系統工程系副教授李永明在《蘋果日報》論壇版，發表《馬英九幕僚實在太弱》一文中表示，馬英九原以為他自己穩贏的，卻被王金平的法律訴訟逼進困境；國民黨不僅輸了2次法律戰，還引發黨內反馬勢力反撲；江宜樺涉嫌以行政權干預立法權；馬英九、黃世銘與特偵組可能涉嫌違憲、違法；馬江黃羅被約談；馬英九民調只剩9.2％；民進黨可能提彈劾、倒閣及罷免案；民怨更加沸騰，到處嗆馬等等。

李永明認為，以馬英九的個性，他會不會學藺相如相忍為國，撤回所有告訴，專心國政，國人的答案恐不樂觀，所以馬英九以後若有更勁爆的想法或作法，也就不足為奇了。
