作業員/技術員 不用考慮升遷 就算升到組長也沒多少錢 而且早就被卡位 進去裡面盡量表現的無害一點 能力太好太爛都會被黑 年輕人建議找高薪大廠存錢 想養老就找8hr周休二日的廠 進去裡面安分守己 千萬別講自己的事情和別人的八卦 因為謠言傳的非常快 越是低調做得越久 說好話 做好事 當一天和尚敲一天鐘 上班好同事 表面禮尚往來 私底下謠言滿天飛 心裡知道就好 不必講出來 越是愛跟你噓寒問暖的同事 要越謹言慎行 什麼事情都不知道 不沾鍋就對了 有喜歡/討厭哪個同事 千萬不能講 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.185.31
