關說案馬致電連、吳 馬：連戰說瞭解

關說案發生後，馬英九總統大動作鍘王，黨內大老不以為然。馬總統金早接受專訪時表示，他在9月11日考紀會召開前曾分別致電榮譽主席連戰、吳伯雄，他向連戰解釋這是關說，連戰說他說得「都很清楚」，跟吳伯雄和其他大老的談話內容，則不便透露，以免引起當事人困擾。
