8成日本在職女性　不想當高層

【綜合報導】日本一項調查指，超過8成的日本女性，寧願在職場上擔任小角色，都不願意擔任要職。

分析指出，調查反映日本女性，較重視私人生活。日本能率協會集團，今年6月透過網路，訪問1000名在職男女，結果發現在249名受訪女性中，81.1%受訪者不願意擔任管理層或領袖，只希望成為「團隊的成員」。調查指，年齡介乎30至39歲的女性受訪者，超過9成寧願做小職員，較其他年齡組別高。
