天兔颱風雖已遠颺，台東縣今天也是晴朗的好天氣，民眾生活陸續恢復正軌，不過，台東縣海端鄉霧鹿國小及利稻分校，由於聯外道路中斷，學校電力及供水中斷，今天仍持續停止上班上課。
