工作的本質就是報酬，不然回家睡大覺遊手好閒 or有興趣的東西當副業玩玩不是比較爽？ 何必被人糟蹋地吃頭路去工作？ 當然是錢重要。 但是興趣和熱情，有時會決定報酬的多寡。 重點是這個位子能不能因興趣和熱情掙到更多錢？ 如果可以，那就認真去幹，不然就用按時敲鐘的精神幹這差事勉強維生， 或者是離職到可以發揮所長的位置，就像鄉民只有在ptt才會超過30cm這樣。 找到自己的舞台，然後認真幹是最好的。 所謂認真不只是上班時認真，而是下班還會去想一些工作上的問題， 休息對你而言，就像MIB的J遇到問題堅持還是要空下時間吃派一樣， 休息即是工作，工作亦是休息。 因為熱情，所以你不會計較這些隱藏工時有無加班費， 因為在一個OK的環境，公司年中及年終應當要補償給你這些， 或是職等職級、官位升遷等等的。 工作當然是錢最重要，但是一個好的位置跟自己的熱情， 數字會很誇張地變大，心境也會比較好。 先找到對(跟自己合拍)的老闆與工作內容吧！ -- 從永恆的觀點看每一件事情。 ~斯賓諾莎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.12.9.65
