薄熙來判無期徒刑 沒收個人全部財產

濟南中級人民法院審判長王旭光今天宣讀中共前高官薄熙來一審判決結果，薄熙來被控受賄、貪污、濫用職權等罪，受賄罪部分判決無期徒刑，終身剝奪政治權利並沒收個人財產。貪污罪部分判處有其徒刑15年，濫用職權部分，判有期徒刑7年。

前中共重慶市委書記薄熙來被控受賄、貪污與濫用職權案今天宣判。山東濟南中級人民法院一審判決薄熙來上述罪名全部成立，受賄與貪污金額各為人民幣2000餘萬元及500萬元。

濟南中院上午10時宣判薄熙來案，並透過微博轉播現場情況。據審判長宣讀的判決要點，薄熙來受賄金額為2044萬7376.11元，分別是薄熙來擔任大連市長、市委書記、遼寧省長與商務部長期間所犯。

貪污部分，金額為500萬元，發生在薄熙來擔任大連市委書記、遼寧代省長和省長時期。

濫用職權案則涉及薄熙來妻子薄谷開來殺害英國商人海伍德以及前重慶市公安局長、副市長王立軍叛逃美國駐成都總領事館等事件。
