亞太轉讓給未滿18的人

我有亞太門號想轉讓
約到2014三月

我在網上PO 相關訊息
有個人表明他有興趣

但是她跟他男友都未滿20
會提供身分證影本和面交給我

我問帳單怎麼繳跟我的保障

她說帳單改成email.如果他們沒繳錢我可以拿身份證影本去報警

這樣對我來說有保障嗎?

或是我應該如何才能獲得應有的保障?

他們也沒有親友可以幫忙轉讓,我本身也想轉讓出去畢竟自己也不用亞太了.

自己有想到自己跟他們簽約,又想他們未滿20應該不算數吧?

請問有解嗎???
