基隆麗榮皇冠大樓去年10月間因外牆大理石剝落，不幸砸死路過的留姓婦人。檢方偵查後，今天起訴黃姓主委、洪姓委員及吳姓總幹事等共5人。

起訴書指出，張姓和許姓安裝工人，於民國101年11月間，受僱將廣告燈箱以膨脹螺絲固定在大樓外牆大理石，但卻未深入固定在鋼筋混泥土牆上，造成燈箱右上方外牆大理石於去年7月13日破裂。

檢方表示，被告黃姓主委、洪姓委員及吳姓總幹事3人得知消息後前往會勘，卻僅在大樓外的人行道上設置簡易三角錐，未能及時處理，使得燈箱後方另外兩片外牆大理石接著破裂，而下方大理石最後因失去支撐力，於去年10月13日晚間8時許翻落，砸中留姓婦人。

檢方指出，留婦經送往衛生福利部基隆醫院急救後，仍在當天晚間9時許，因頭部外傷、顱內出血併顱骨骨折死亡。檢方偵查後，依業務過失致死罪嫌，起訴黃姓主委、洪姓委員、吳姓總幹事、張姓和許姓安裝工人。(中央社)
