府：捍衛司法獨立決心未變

　總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬英九總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。但地方法院做出了裁定，總統表示尊重，除了維持政府順利運作，其他的活動則會做出必要的調整。　李佳霏說，馬總統堅持捍衛司法獨立與司法紀律的立場從未改變，為了台灣的民主法治發展，這是全民都應該堅守的紅線。在抗拒政治力量關說司法案件這件事情上，沒有任何灰色地帶，也不容猶豫妥協。
