【動新聞】文盲農救全台　勇揭餿油

餿水油風暴如雪球般愈滾愈大，而揭穿這起餿油事件醜聞的英雄，竟是1位不識字老農夫。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，這名不願曝光的老農夫昨接受《蘋果》獨家專訪，他表示，郭烈成地下油廠存在多年，從1座小儲油槽到隔年就變成7、8座油槽，出從也開賓士車，他和鄰居5度向屏東縣環保局檢舉，最後都不了了之，他認為業者盤根錯節惡勢力太大，只好自己買數位相機、監視器蒐證2年，去年底又遠從屏東跑到台中向警方報案。他激動指著蒐證畫面痛罵說：「屏東縣環保局太敷衍，才會查不到，太令人失望！」

民眾連續檢舉5次都沒用？林雅文坦言：「員工訓練不足，未來若前往稽查發現犯罪可能，將第一時間進行橫向聯繫。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
