廣西傳銷大案 近兩千人涉案

「廣西一號傳銷大案」8日在南寧開審，一系列案件共有118名被告，涉案接近2000人。

新華社報導，這一系列案件將分為3案審理，庭審時間預計11天。8日審理的是被告李永兵等46人組織、領導傳銷案。

南寧市西鄉塘區人民檢察院指控被告李永兵、趙晨江、常景等人，從2008年、2009年起，在南寧市以參加「純資本運作」組織為名，通過拉人頭發展下線，形成傳銷網路，要求下線交納人民幣3800元至6萬9800元的入門費，並依層級及下線人數等瓜分收益。

公訴機關指出，整個傳銷組織成員超過1900人，行為觸犯大陸刑法第224條之1的規定，應以組織、領導傳銷活動罪，追究118名被告的刑責。
