標題[心得] 新工作有點感動

原PO是新竹人去年大學剛畢社會新鮮人先進了美編設計一職後來因為思考工作環境認為以長遠計程應該不會有前程或更好的成就加上福利和種種因素 (25K隔周休責任加班制沒有不好只是覺得不會有更多的成長空間) 在今年提了離職 ----- 後來找到一份工作是大家常見的網拍類型行銷企劃因為公司規模小品牌算是在草創時期~還沒有很大的知名度公司花了四年先"求有" 現在開始要"求好" 我的上司在行銷這塊主攻實體門路和行銷總監的業務而我就負責網路部分 (粉絲團經營/網拍平台/提活動企劃並執行/產品介面美編優化) 面試當時我有明確指出我不是學marketing這塊沒有所謂的概念和基礎但上司說她自己也是（這好像算是她的副業）這塊領域對她或對我來說都是陌生新穎的所以當我們執行企劃時比較沒有上私跟下屬的地位感覺她強調：我們是個team呀>___※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.132.144.164
