請問這問的客廳/臥房冷氣約要抓到幾坪?

今天去已經交屋的預售屋量一下室內的大小
準備要開始裝潢和買家具家電的的事情
首先就是要請店家來估冷氣的部分
因為冷氣管路裝好才可以請再裝潢來包管
因為預算有限(家電抓20萬以內)
其他家電每天在板上爬很久都大概有個目標
只有冷氣因為今天才去量測實際空間
所以現在才急忙上來詢問
希望客廳+主臥8萬以內(含安裝到好)
所以沒辦法直接抓大噸數的就裝了
因為建商附的平面圖沒有詳細的尺寸和坪數
所以這是我自己去量然後繪製的草圖(很醜...見笑)
想來請問有經驗的朋友或是師傅
可以給我一些意見參考
