廠牌: HP筆記型電腦型號: V3771TU 購入日期: 2008年距上次使用正常時間: 2周 OS版本: 正版 Windows Vista Home Basic 平常作業內容: 文書作業, 使用office軟體, PTT上網有無內建還原功能(Y/N): N 問題內容: 他的症狀如下: 1. 七月時, 有一次關機不完全, 就收進電腦包包裡, 結果電池的電量耗盡隔天, 充電之後, 開機就有雜音........; 好幾天, 每次開機都有雜音 2. 有幾次, 室內沒有開冷氣, 筆電底座變的很熱, 然後就會當機..... 如果在冷氣房裡, 就不會當機.......
