曾經聽過銀行界的朋友談外配的理財觀，他說碰過的外配案例有時候聽起來很好玩。有個外配想買房子，需要房貸，自備款是取自她銀行存摺代表平時也有在儲蓄、現金進出看起來也沒什麼問題，結果一聯徵信用狀況，發現這個外配在信用卡方面有動用到循環利息，因此銀行就不願貸款給她了。（理由很簡單，連信用卡一點點錢，你都無法按時繳納了，房貸每個月要繳的更多，怎麼有可能會按時繳納呢？）我這位銀行界的朋友就問這個外配為什麼她銀行存摺明明有錢卻不繳清？結果外配說台灣的信用卡真好，刷那麼多錢，但每個月最低只要繳一千塊就好了。（她不曉得信用卡除了約民法的法定利率20%外，還有手續費、遲延利息、違約金等等一堆名目可以讓銀行賺飽飽……）這種理財觀念極差的人，不知道該如何導正其觀念才行？再來就是故意借錢不還、貪小便宜的問題了，這種人格有極大缺陷的人，我連當朋友都不想了~~ 我的結論就是塊陶啊~~ -- [男女] 什麼光怪陸離的事都有－－板標 ※ 編輯: ptt0219 來自: 111.249.240.14 (08/19 00:56)

其實匯回去是比較笨的那種。錢有時候是兄弟姊妹拿去花用，也未必真的給父母用。（我見過有這種例子）我舉的案例是錢還是在她的銀行存摺裡，又不是在老公的銀行存摺裡。 XD ※ 編輯: ptt0219 來自: 111.249.240.14 (08/19 01:00)
