XPERIA Z 購入時就是4.22版?

小弟在7/25購入XPERIA Z,
那時候拿到的是Android 4.12版的,
回來才自行更新到4.22版,
可是昨天(8/14)幫老婆買了另一支XPERIA Z,
想說先更新到4.22版再說,
結果拿回來接上電腦一看,
已經是最新的4.22版了,
請問一下這是正常的嗎?
還是我買到的是二手機或良品啊?
手機盒裝外的貼紙是沒有異狀,
手機本身正反面的膜也跟我弟一支買的一樣,
而且也有NFC貼紙,
請大大幫忙解惑一下,
