小的因工作的關係，要搬到桃園生活雖然網路上有很多租屋網站的訊息不過按照小的以前租屋的經驗...PTT 會比租屋網好多了XD (一來是我不太喜歡部份仲介的服務, 二來是 PTT 上提供訊息跟實地看查多比較接近, 當然這可能是運氣的關係XD ) 承租人性別：男徵租類型: 獨立套房 (非地下室或頂樓加蓋) 房租預算: 6500以內（含水、網路）坪數： 6~8 坪， 5 坪的話則看空間規劃徵求地點: 到武陵高中 15 分鐘車程 (摩托車) 聯絡方式: 站內信 (麻煩附上照片、坪數、地址、聯絡方式、租金、電費計算方式) 希望設備: 網路、冷氣、洗衣機(可共用)、對外窗(通風佳)、曬衣處電費計算要有獨立電表、機車停車位感謝幫忙 m(_ _)m OS: 聽說在桃園市要租車很麻煩@%$#^%$ , 不曉得去桃園找房子的怎麼到處看屋 Orz -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.161.165.108
