陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘遭虐死案，事發至今已經超過1個月，洪家姊姊洪慈庸日前對外表示，律師至今無法閱卷，質疑影響偵辦速度。對此高軍院發言人倪運喜12日上午發表澄清，當時軍院收到的卷宗，律師團申請的閱卷日期是8月14日，一切都是依照洪家律師團的申請。如果決定要提早閱卷，倪運喜表示絕無問題。

陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘虐死案，事發至今已經1個多月，軍檢介入調查雖已起訴相關涉案人等共18人，但洪家姊姊洪慈庸日前無奈地表示，律師至今仍無法閱卷，到現在「一個字都沒看到」。

軍檢調查洪仲丘虐死案，上月31日起訴包括旅長沈威志、副旅長何江忠等相關涉案人等共18人，但洪家律師團表示，起訴書中還有漏網之魚，就是542旅的參謀主任張治偉。洪慈庸還表示，從起訴到現在，律師團卻無法閱卷，「一個字都沒看到」。卷證已移交給軍法院，但卻說軍法官要先閱卷，到現在卻都沒提供給洪家律師，這樣案情根本無法有進展。

對於洪慈庸的說法，倪運喜12日上午表示，當初洪家律師團向軍法院提出的閱卷日期申請是8月14日，不懂為何洪慈庸會這樣說？倪運喜還強調，而且如果洪家要提早閱卷，只要直接提出申請，就可提早閱卷。
